Skin That Glows Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption and Use

1.1. Skin That Glows gift cards are issued by Skin That Glows, a spa and beauty business. These gift cards can be used to purchase services and products at any Skin That Glows location.

1.2. Gift cards are redeemable for the pound sterling amount specified on the card and can be used to pay for any eligible purchase up to the available balance. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases until the card's value is exhausted.

2. Expiry Date

2.1. Skin That Glows gift cards are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

2.2. After the expiry date, the card will no longer be valid, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

3. Lost or Stolen Cards

3.1. Skin That Glows is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Treat your gift card as you would cash.

3.2. Please protect your gift card and keep it in a safe place. We are unable to replace lost or stolen cards or provide refunds for the remaining balance.

4. Non-Transferable

4.1. Skin That Glows gift cards are non-transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.

4.2. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

5. Use at Skin That Glows Locations

5.1. Skin That Glows gift cards are only valid for use at Skin That Glows locations. They cannot be redeemed at other establishments.

6. Card Balance and Enquiries

6.1. You can check your gift card balance by enquiring at any Skin That Glows location.

6.2. Skin That Glows reserves the right to correct the balance of a gift card if we believe it to be inaccurate due to a technical error, theft, or fraud.

7. Refunds and Returns

7.1. Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

7.2. If you have a dispute regarding a purchase made with a gift card, please contact Skin That Glows directly.

8. Compliance with the Law

8.1. Gift card use is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations, including those governing the redemption of gift cards.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. Skin That Glows reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase will apply to the gift card.
